El agua es fundamental para la vida en la tierra y, a lo largo de los Andes, su disponibilidad fluctuante molde\u00f3 el desarrollo de una amplia gama de tecnolog\u00edas hidr\u00e1ulicas. El MUSEF es el <b>Museo Nacional de Etnograf\u00eda y Folklore <\/b>de Bolivia y se ha consolidado como un actor destacado en las ciencias antropol\u00f3gicas
